Gentle Yoga Chill

Gentle, calming and nurturing evening classes for those wanting to de-stress, tone, strengthen,  relax and recharge.  You can just tumble into bed when you go home.   

We focus on winding down, recharging and of course relaxation, using asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, visualisation, relaxation, and concentration/meditation.  Excellent for stress, exhaustion, depression and anxiety.

Strong and Salty 

A stronger class for our experienced Yogis.    A dynamic Hatha based vinyasa flow class focusing on traditional flows, pranayama, mudra, bandha, relaxation, mantra and meditation and leaving you feeling strong, calm and revitalised, ready for anything.

TEENS

Teens Yoga offers a safe space for teens to relax, de-stress and re-energise, all whilst toning and strengthening the body, mind and emotions.   With such a lot going on for teens, we use postures, breath and more (see Adults)  to balance our endocrine system and allow time in class to just be…..

A sacred safe space to relax and unwind.  We learn to love the skin we are in!  We also discover that when we use the body, breath and mind together, positive changes result – both physical and mental.  A perfect class for any teen and a terrific antidote for stress, anxiety or depression, providing tools to navigate the modern world.

KIDS
Children in Yoga Class

Non-competitive and celebrating our uniqueness, our classes use story, song, vinyasa/flows, postures and games to learn about our amazing bodies as we grow.  You don’t need to be sporty or bendy to practice yoga with us. Yoga helps build concentration and awareness, improves body functions of all body systems, nurtures confidence, co-ordination and creativity.   

We encourage teamwork, compassion, respect and self-control.  We learn to manage our emotions, calm and energise ourselves when needed, to relax, de-stress and gain overall well-being. Kids yoga gives children the important tools to cope with and ride the tides of life.  It is loads of fun in a safe, caring environment.

PRE AND POSTNATAL

Nurturing classes in the Dru style, empowering women to consciously ride the journey and miracle of life changes, throughout pregnancy, birth and motherhood.  Confidence and joy are enhanced, whilst bonding with baby before and after birth.  Powerful tools for this unique journey!
